OOTD - Soft Grunge

OOTM - OUTFIT OF THE DAY

My outfit of the day is this combo of my floral peter pan collared crop top tucked into my plain black skater skirt with a small belt then my fleeced tights worn with the brouge boots which have appeared repeatedly throughout my blog. This outfit was inspired by the idea of 'soft grunge' with vintagey details.

Outfit details:

Peter pan collared daisy print crop top - £8 - Primark
Fleeced tights - £2 - Primark
Black skater skirt - £15.99 - New Look (old range)

Review & Result : Raspberry Rebel XXL

I've dyed my hair pink! So i've been wanting to go pink for about 3 years now and always put it off with fear that my hair would look repulsive and due to the fact i adored my hair colour but earlier this week i just thought might as well get it over and done with. Ive waited long enough, so i went out and got some pink hair dye and here was the result:

Shwarzkopf Raspberry Rebel - £7.99 for 2 packs at most places

I used shwarzkopf raspberry rebel hair dye which is for bleach blonde hair and well mine wasnt bleach blonde and i really didnt want to bleach it due to the damage it could do so i just put it straight on. The dye was actually lighter then i expected it to be. I had a mousey brown colour before with natural highlights which did a great job at the end of the day. I have long hair so used 2 packets however it would be best to use 3 for long hair!. The colour goes everywhere when being applied and you WILL need someone to help you. It does take forever to wash out after application but the end result is worth it. The only negative I found was that the packet says it lasts 6 to 8 washes and after the 1st wash my hair colour faded quite a bit to a more brown-pink but still looks so nice. It is definitely worth trying out for any of you guys who want to just go for it and dye your hair a colour.
