Rachella Reviews | Barry M - Key Lime & MUA - Sweet Peach

Yesterday i went shopping and brought a few new items, these items included 3 new nail varnishes, 2 in which i am going to review: Barry M - Key Lime and MUA - Sweet Peach.

I'm a bit of a nail varnish addict, i own nearly 100 shades of nail varnish now and even with that amount i didnt have a proper green nail varnish...surprising isn't it. So top of the list for my Superdrug visit was getting a green nail varnish. This Barry M nail varnish is from the Gelly Hi-Shine Range and costs £3.99. I adore the colour and surprisingly it dries pretty fast which is a benefit for people, like me, who hate waiting for nails to dry. The varnish is also rather opaque so doesnt need many layers unlike transparent ones which is also a benefit. Less 'waiting for layers to dry' time!.

MUA - Sweet Peach

I love orangey nail varnishes as they are so different and give off a burst of bold colouring to your nails. This nail varnish only costs £1! Not the best of nail varnishes i admit as it can be transparent so i tend to use 3 coats however it does produce a really nice shade and dries fast on the nail so its good for the price you pay. The nail varnish lasts quite some time too, i had a shade which took years to dry up in the pot. However not the black...why is it that black nail varnish dries faster than others? I'm guessing its to do with light absobtion but i am clueless here. But away from the science, this product is good if you are looking for a bargain or cheap nail polish that wont be used constantly. More of a fun option.

Thanks for reading. Check out my nail blog on Nailpolis, this will be where majority of my designs will appear: link to nail blog
